From June 25 to 30, the international conference on agricultural engineering， CIGR - AgEng 2016，was held in Aarhus, Denmark. Associate Professor Zhiyu Zuo and Research Fellow Jizhan Liu, teachers of Institute of Facility Agriculture Engineering, School of Agricultural Equipment Engineering, Jiangsu University, attended the meeting.

The special topics of the meeting were the following:LW (Land, Soil and Water Engineering), SA (Structures, Animal Production and Environmental Technologies), PP (Plant Production Technologies), EB (Energy, Biomass and Biological Residues), SM (Systems Management), PH (Post Harvest Technologies) and IT (Information Technologies).

Researchers from China, the United States, the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Israel and other countries attended the meeting. Scientist introduced the situation and the progress of their work focusing on Automation, Environment and Food Safety.
