On January 15, 2020, the annual progress report of the second topic of the national key research and development program " Development of Smart Electric Tractor" project hosted by Jiangsu University, " Research on Key Technologies of Electric Tractor Energy Management and the Development of the Complete Controller" was reported in Agricultural Equipment of Jiangsu University. The progress of research and developments of this year's project was summarized and analyzed, and the next step of the project was arranged.
Quan Li, the leader of Jiangsu University, Professor Zhou Jun, the project team expert from the School of Engineering of Nanjing Agricultural University, the heads of each sub-project and the main technical backbones attended the meeting.
The project "Research on Key Technologies of Electric Tractor Energy Management and the Development of the Complete Controller" was hosted by Jiangsu University and also undertook the development of energy management strategies for 35-horsepower dual-motor coupled electric tractors and vehicle controllers. Henan University of Science and Technology was responsible for 25-horsepower single-motor electric and the research and development of the tractor vehicle controller. The Guilin Electrical Apparatus Research Institute is responsible for the development of the vehicle battery pack and the balance control of the multi-point configuration power battery.
The meeting was presided over by Professor Shi Aiping, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Agricultural Equipment Engineering of Jiangsu University, he introduced the progress of the implementation of the topic "Research on Key Technologies of Electric Tractor Energy Management and the Development of the Complete Controller" to the leaders and experts at the meeting.

The meeting played an important role in promoting the progress of the topics, strengthening the integrated organization and implementation of the topics, ensuring the smooth acceptance of the topics this year, and promoting the connection and support of the research work of various topics.
