To whom it may concern,

Students who will finish (have finished) all the required study tasks in this semester can apply to graduate in December. Please fill the forms, submit hard copy to Teaching Affairs Office (OEC-215) , and send soft copy tooecteaching@ujs.edu.cnbefore November 15. The Applicant should name the file name of this form as the format of“I.D. number+graduation application”, i.e. the format of“5101140201 graduation application”.

OEC will not accept any application after the deadline.

Documents need to be submitted are as follows,

1. Application form

2. Self Information

3. Copy of the HSK-4 certificate

4. Copy of Graduation Certificate for Previous graduates who have graduated without degree
