On the morning of June 22, vice president Ding Jianning led a team to conduct a special inspection on the safety of our laboratory and dangerous chemicals. In view of the common problems found in the inspection, we hereby notify you as follows:

1. The general hazardous chemicals in the laboratory shall be counted and checked once a month, and relevant standing books shall be established, and the person in charge of each laboratory shall rectify immediately;

2. It is strictly forbidden to wear shorts, skirts and sandals to enter the laboratory to carry out experiments. The laboratory shall be inspected irregularly. Once found, the violators shall immediately stop carrying out experiments, and the laboratory shall be closed for treatment twice;

3. Hazardous chemicals need to have normative labels, and the college will notify everyone to receive them after they are uniformly made;

4. The temporary storage area of hazardous chemical wastes shall be marked with yellow / black lines, and the labels on the wastes shall be standardized and complete;

5. The laboratory duty log shall be recorded in a standard and complete manner. The person in charge of the laboratory shall sign on the log book of the day, or formulate a duty form, and the personnel on duty shall check the laboratory situation of the day and sign.

According to the requirements of the University, the central laboratory will strengthen inspection in the near future. Teachers and students are invited to improve safety awareness, eliminate potential safety hazards and do a good job in laboratory safety.
